The Pre-Trip Process

SO. The 6-week-land-and-sea-only backpacking trip fell through. BUT. I have this new trip! Not as long, not as many places, but nonetheless, better than being stuck in Singapore for 4 months. There's just so much out there to see and to learn, and in the Singapore culture, the freedom to travel (at length for leisure) is pretty much restricted to your days of youth. Which is not much left for me.

So this is a rough outline of where my friend/s and I are going. As the process goes on, I shall record it here, as proof, primarily to myself, but to those doubt my abilities (still??? Open your eyes, for heaven's sake!), that I can do this. There are Singaporean kids who can take cramped buses, fan rooms and travel for 24 hours straight without their parents.
